The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No. 562 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted that petitioner is widow sister of the husband of the complainant. There is no injury report of the complainant to show that she sustained burn injury. Learned counsel for the complainant/opposite party no. 2 submitted that there is allegation against this petitioner that she caused burn injury to the complainant by opening burner

It has further been submitted that no injury report has been brought on record to support the allegation levelled against the petitioner in the complaint petition. The petitioner is widow sister-in-law of the complainant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 562 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhabhua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
