Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 332, 353, 224, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the house of the petitioner was raided, when petitioner was apprehended and huge quantity of foreign and country made liquor were recovered. But the accused persons got the petitioner released along with the seized liquor and pelted stones, as a result police party was injured.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no case under Excise Act has been registered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36375 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 nor any police personnel have received any injury. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barbigha (Keoti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri P.K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheikhpura.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
