Petitioner is accused in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014 registered under Sections 394, 307 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused namely, Vijay Yadav @ Vijay Marshal @ Vijay Kumar Yadav, has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41744 of 2016 on 06.12.2016. Petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018.
