The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on missing of the daughter of the informant. The petitioner is under suspicion to have induced her to go with him.

The statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reveals that the matter is of love affairs, though the victim has alleged that petitioner induced her to go with him. Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14461 of 2017 (3) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya/Successor Court in connection with Delha Police Station Case No. 212 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
