The petitioner seeks bail in Daudpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2018, registered under Sections 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with Rishikesh Singh, the father of the petitioner and Mithilesh Kumar came and kidnapped the informant. The accused persons confined him in a room and demanded extortion. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant himself is indulged in a racket to send unemployed youth to foreign countries after extracting hefty amount from such unemployed persons. The petitioner himself was defrauded by the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner asked the informant to return the money taken from him. It is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58443 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 submitted that Rishikesh Singh, the father of the petitioner and Mithilesh Kumar have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.13668 of 2018 and order dated 18.05.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.27408 of 2018. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2018.
