JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 552 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per prosecution case is of recovery of one motorcycle from co-accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as he has brought the motorcycle which is stolen one. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on the
