This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Didarganj P.R. PS Case No. 171 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation in the instant case is that altogether 12 liters of country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 25.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.R. PS Case No. 171 of 2019.
