The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 396 and 397 302 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 01.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24430 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 2 years.

Since no new ground has been taken by the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2021/05 of 2021 arising out of Nawada Town (Bundelkhand O.P.) P.S. Case No. 711 of 2020 pending before
