The petitioners are accused in connection with Bhabhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by administrating poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they used to reside separate to Shri Niwash Bari, husband of the deceased, but with ulterior motive the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62571 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioners are in custody since 20.05.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua, in connection with Bhabhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
