Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 of Explosive Substance Act.

Again, I do not find any ground to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 425 of 2016 arising out of Karja P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur stands rejected on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 29.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49453 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 130 of 2016.
