BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the in instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

"For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.6834 of 2020(3) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 commending and directing the respondent authorities to adjust the petitioner against the suitable post as has been done in the case of non - formal Supervisors, who were also earlier discharging their duties on the basis of stipend ( MANDEY) and /or for issuance of an appropriate writs, orders and directions."

Prima facie petitioners have not made out a case so as to issue direction as stated in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of . If the petitioners have any vested right by virtue of Judicial Pronouncement or State Government Policy in that event they were permitted to file detailed representation before the competent authority highlighting that they have vested right in view of the State Government Policy/ Judicial Pronouncement. If such representation is submitted the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the same and pass a suitable order and communicate the same to the respective petitioners.
