Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 384, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was made accused in this case on the ground that culprits were uttering names of Sanjay Yadav, Ramashish Yadav and Bhim Yadav.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 2.7.2016 but up till now, he has not been put on test identification parade. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri G.N.Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in Amas P.S.
