Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51792 of 2018. petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XV, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018.
