2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 282 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 426, 436/34 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with two unknown persons came on a motorcycle and set the informant's house on fire in which Scorpio car, godrej, freeze, sofa and many household items got burnt. After the alleged incident, the accused persons ran away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that both the parties have compromised the case. The

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has also submitted that the compromise has taken place. 6.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Sadar Sitmarhi/Competent Jurisdiction in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 282 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
