This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 273, 307, 337 and 338/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was driver of the tempo, which made with an accident causing injury to the wife of the informant and his children.

Submission of the petitioner is that this may be a case of negligent driving, but, no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code can be said to be made out. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
