2. The present criminal miscellaneous has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.7449 of 2024.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mistake on the part of the counsel, Bidupur P.S. Case No.70 of 2017 has been typed in place of Bidupur P.S. Case No.70 of 2019 and due to mistake, clarification has been made in the said paragraph. As such, in the final order passed in Cr. Misc. No.7449 of 2024, Bidupur P.S. Case No.70 of 2017 has been typed in place of Bidupur P.S. Case No.70 of 2019.

4. Counsel for the State submits that it appears to be a bonafide mistake.

5. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, let the correction of case number be made in the 6th line of paragraph 6 (page no. 2) of order dated 17.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.7449 of 2024. The Bidupur P.S. Case No.70 of 2017 is directed to be read as Bidupur P.S. Case No.70 of 2019.

6. As such, the order passed today shall be in continuation of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7449 of 2024.

7. With this direction, the modification is hereby allowed upto the extent.
