2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 274 and 275 of the B.N.S. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, lodged on 17.12.2024 by the informant, Swanand Prasad Mandal.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on secret information that this petitioner is selling country made liquor, tried to intercept, escaped. Upon search, 50 liters country made liquor recovered/seized as he escaped, the mobile was dropped from which as also from the other villagers he could be identified. Accordingly, the F.I.R.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to

5. In that background, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail, accordingly rejected.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today, the court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U T
