This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tajpur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is specific allegation against her of demand of dowry and torture. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
