The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ/writs, direction/directions by way of issuance of writ mandamus direction the said respondent authorities to forthwith dispose of the representation on dated 26.08.2014 in respect of first term enhance scale pay has been made on 01.01.1996 which is effected from 01.02.2007 and compliance on 18.11.2010, in this score said differences of pay and D.A. dues of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19650 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/3 period becomes three years and 8 months and after some time, again as likewise that second terms of 6th revised scale pay has been made. This scale has been effected from 01.04.2010 and compliance on date 01.11.2010 i.e.

differences of pay and D.A. dues period becomes 8 months. Above- mentioned Pay and D.A. differences withheld by the authorities without any valid ground or reason as well as the further prayer is for interest on the basis of admissible rate on the entire all differences arrears of both enhance revised scale and delay payment by virtue of negligence. The concerned authorities have adopted pick and choose policy and whimsically attitude. The concerned authorities have been given such above mentioned arrears of those employees, petitioner, who has highly approached to the said authorities.

The petitioner has abundantly filed hereinafter those claim paper which have been made order by the said authority.."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
