Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No. 15 of 2008 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. There is no eye-witness and substantive material to justify the allegation. Also other co-accused persons have been acquitted by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah in S.Tr. No. 498 of 2009 vide Annexure 2.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6400 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S.
