This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Shikarpur Police Station Case No. 1035 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 70 litres of Indian Made Foreign liquor has been recovered from the plastic gallon of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2022 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise), Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur Police Station Case No. 1035 of 2022.
