Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 30265 of 2021 (Annexure-1).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case, charge has already been framed. Similarly situated co-accused namely Kailash Yadav and Bisho Yadav have already been granted bail by two coordinate Benches of this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure 3 & 4 to the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2020. Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted
