Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested and, was sent to judicial custody on 17-12-2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but in the present case, except confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
