The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 589 of 2018 dated 24.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Regard being had to the general and omnibus nature of accusation against the petitioners as also taking into account the relationship between the parties, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18480 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 589 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
