This application has been filed in connection with Phulparas P.S.Case No.201 of 2014 corresponding to the G.R.No.1055 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 328, 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had earlier moved before this Court for grant of regular bail but his prayer was rejected. Further, it has been submitted that the other coaccused, having similar allegation, have been granted bail by this Court and the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 1 1⁄2 years.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that there are some materials against

Having heard both sides. In view of the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, as the petitioner has remained in custody for about 1 1⁄2 years, the learned court below is directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
