JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.

There was free fight amongst the parties on the score of fishing and for that, case and counter case have been registered. So far as the instant case is concerned, there happens to be specific allegation against Sudama Manjhi, who is not the petitioner, to have assaulted Rambali Manjhi with Khanti and as the per order impugned, it is evident that he was admitted to PMCH. However, nature of injury with regard thereto, has not been found by the learned Sessions Judge.

With regard to remaining two, that means to say, Shyam Bali (informant) as well as his brother Dashrath @ Shatrughan, all the injuries have been categorized as simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and for that there happens to be omnibus allegation. Furthermore, petitioners are

Accordingly, petitioners, Guleshwar Manjhi and Indal Manjhi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Nawada in Roh PS Case No. 55/2016.
