Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bansi P.S.Case No. 25 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Bibha Kumari, the daughter of the informant was married to the petitioner in the year 2013 and he always used to assault her in drunken state and, thereafter, in the night of 25.04.2015 and 26.04.2015, he killed Bibha Kumari and threw the dead body after putting in a bag with sand in Punpun river. Submission is of false implication and that due to some
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7113 of 2017 (3) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 petty dispute the wife of the petitioner committed suicide. The petitioner never demanded anything nor tortured her and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. Learned APP opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail and accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
