The impugned order being challenged by the learned counsel for the petitioner is a detailed order of the Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No. 580 of 2014 passed on 24.10.2019. This Court in writ jurisdiction can go into the decision making process but will not enter into facts of the case if they are not perverse.

In the opinion of this Court, the order of the Bihar Land Tribunal is not to be interfered with.

This writ petition is dismissed.
