This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 365 of 2022 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of stolen Mobile which was stolen earlier by some miscreants and also the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
