Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No. 1202 of 2014 in the court of District & Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah. The same was rejected on 10.9.2014. Hence this application.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P.
In course of inspection by a team of Government officers, it is said to have noticed that the nursing home in which the petitioner is working did not comply with certain parameters; one of it is that the petitioner is not a qualified Technician. Even if that is true, the arrest of the petitioner is not necessary. It is brought to our notice that this Court has in similar situation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44730 of 2014 (3) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 granted anticipatory bail to Dr. Anju Singh and Dr. Rajiv Kumar Ranjan in Cr.Misc. Nos.40397 of 2014 and 29923 of 2014, respectively.
Hence this application is allowed.
It is directed that in the event of his arrest or surrender, the petitioner, namely, Alam Ansari, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District west Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town PS Case No. 72 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
