JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 reveals that almost all the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed except the amount of final pension but the steps for payment of final pension has already been taken and the same is under process.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the opposite parties to ensure the payment of final pension of the petitioner within three months from today failing which, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition before this Court.
