The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 31.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2112 of 2025, whereby petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail on the ground that he will surrender before the learned district court within a period of four weeks from the date of order but due to the reasons assigned in the present modification application, the petitioner could not surrender within the prescribed time.

3. Now, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned district court on 25.04.2025.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned district court on 25.04.2025 in connection with Katihar Nagar (Sahayak) P.S.Case No.169 of 2021 and the learned District Court is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner on the similar terms and conditions, as imposed in order dated 31.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2112 of 2025.

5. The order dated 31.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2112 of 2025, is modified to the above extent only and other parts of the order shall remain intact.

6. The present modification petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
