Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii),B of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2023 and there is a recovery of 1.2 gram of Ganja i.e. slightly more than small quantity. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of Ganja, this application for regular bail is allowed.
