ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 19.3.2010 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Trial No.2491 of 2011 arising out of Madhubani Town P.S. case No.208 of 1994 corresponding to G.R. No.1130 of 1994. Considering that there is ample material in the case diary to substantiate the allegations in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial since it is an old and serious matter, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination
