Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 8000 litres of liquor was recovered from the vehicle of which the petitioners were driver and cleaner. Petitioners are in custody since 02.02.2021.

After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29000 of 2021(2) dt.08-10-2021 2/2 connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021. Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioners may renew prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months after framing of the charges. (Birendra Kumar, J) mantreshwar/- U T
