2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.313 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. The assailant of the deceased is one Dharamveer Sahni.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19316 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria/concerned Court below, in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.313 of 2024.
7. The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial.
8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Khagaria (Gangour) Police Station, Khagaria on second and third Sunday of each month.
