Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused who was caught by the police on the spot.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.4.2016 and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
