Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that he has filed revision against the impugned order dated 10.07.2018 (appellate order) under Section 52(b) of the Indian Forest Act before the Secretary, Forest and Environment Department, Government of Bihar, Patna on 11.09.2018 and the Revision is still pending. He further submits that he is ready to give the proportionate amount of the loss as mentioned in the impugned order subject to final order passed by the authorities for release of vehicle.

This Court, at present, is not inclined to pass any

Patna High Court CWJC No.5459 of 2019 dt.25-03-2019 2/2 order since revision is pending. The petitioner may make such prayer before the Revisional Authority in the pending revision application. The Revisional Authority is directed to pass appropriate order in accordance with law in the pending revision application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Petitioner is given liberty to file necessary application in this Court for appropriate action, in the event, Revisional Authority does not pass final order in pending revision application, in accordance with law, within a period as directed by this Court.
