This is an application for quashing the order dated 26.06.2015 passed by VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No. 391/2014 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 262/2009 by this the learned Court below rejected the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner for their discharge under the provision of 227 of the Cr.P.C.
