The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c) and 30(D) of the Bihar Amendment Excise Act, 2016. Accusation against the petitioner is that she was seen fleeing from the place where liquor was recovered. Since anticipatory bail application is not maintainable under Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, this application is dismissed as not maintainable.
