Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the field side. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent however, he is in custody since 06.12.2018. Investigation of the case has been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laukaha Police Station Case No. 184 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
