The allegation against the petitioner is of defalcation of money of Rs.19,66,500/- from the Punjab National Bank, Jehanabad on the pretext of construction of Primary School Ghosi, now the petitioner is ready to deposit 50 % of the total amount, if some time is given to him.

It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has remained in custody for about 5 1⁄2 years. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM,
