The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 266 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of 21 litres of foreign liquor from his shop which was without door. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion only. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2018.

No.60800 of 2018(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-6th cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur, in connection with Excise Case No. 266 of 2018.
