2. Mr. Md. Nadim Seraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent - University informs that the claim of the petitioner is not sustainable as the petitioner has not been able to bring on record the succession certificate in the present writ petition along with No Objection Certificate from other heirs of the deceased-employee.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the respondent - University, petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5596 of 2019(6) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 approach the concerned authority / Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University by filing a detailed representation along with succession certificate and 'No Objection certificate' from other heirs of the deceased-employee for redressal of his grievance.

4. The Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University is directed to verify from the service book of the deceased - employee with respect to the nominee as opted by the deceasedemployee who retired as Professor on 31.07.2008. The representation of the petitioner is required to be disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of six weeks. If it is found that the petitioner has fulfilled all the requirement as sought by the Registrar, the payment on account of different heads of retiral dues be made to the petitioner within six weeks.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
