1. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 on the second consecutive date.

2. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 09.07.2010 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Hajipur, in Case No. M1/1977/2008 which order has been affirmed by the Appellate Court i.e. Sessions Judge, Vaishali, in Cr. Revision No.256 of 2010 by order dated 02.02.2011.

3. The admitted position is that the proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P. C. has not concluded as yet.

4. The Court concerned is directed to conclude the proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P. C. within 90 working days
