Instant case happens to be of the year 1981 whereunder petitioner after being released on bail had absconded and on account thereof, vide order dated 27.07.2012, he has been declared absconder. It is also evident that petitioner has got criminal antecedents and further during intervening period he has been an accused of different cases.

That being so, prayer for bail is rejected.
