The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 328, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to earlier land dispute. Further submission is that no injury has been found by the Doctor.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6420 of 2017 (5) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S.
