The petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of the order dated 09.06.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, IIIrd, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.183 of 2014 under Sections 366 and 366(A) I.P.C.

The allegation is of kidnapping of 13 years old daughter of the informant who subsequently returned and under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she stated that the petitioner took her in a vehicle for meal and kept in hostel forcibly for seven days and subsequently released her near Bhagwanpur with threaten not to raise hulla.
