The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bela P. S. Case No. 166 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped her minor daughter, but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and disclosed that she voluntarily left her house, nobody kidnapped her and she wants to marry with Nishant Baitha.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12768 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bela P.
