Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.177 of 2016, registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that this petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant's daughter were having love affair and they eloped and married and lived together. The statement of the girl was recorded under Section 164Cr.P.C. in which she admits these facts. The Medical Board has assessed her age to be 16-17 years and she is at the verge of majority.
